Submit a photo for your Rensselaer Student ID
The Campus Card Office is now accepting photo submissions for your Rensselaer ID card. This submission is due by December 18, 2020.
November 9-13
First, you will plan out your fall course schedule. Your advising Hub/school adviser will connect with you via your Rensselaer email to review your curriculum template and courses as you build your schedule online.
November 15
Laptop Ordering Begins
Laptop orders are placed through the Student Information System (SIS). The primary order window for Spring 2021 will be November 15th through December 1. Some academic programs provide recommendations for a specific model or models. See Spring 2021 Laptop Choices
November 19-23
Class Registration Period
The next step is to register online for the spring courses you selected. You will receive an email from Rensselaer with instructions on how to view your time ticket.

Spring 2021 Bills are available in Cashnet
The Bursar’s Office at Rensselaer exclusively uses eBilling to distribute tuition bills. Rensselaer uses a web-based presentation from CASHNet to provide a secure access to student financial records.

Spring 2021 Housing Assignments and Move-In Days
Housing plans are currently being worked out so that students can be assigned appropriate housing in accordance with our campus de-densification plans. You will hear from the Office of Student Living & Learning directly with your housing assignment and subsequent move-in logistics as soon as possible and we will make updates to this page as more information becomes available.
