About Dean Norman
Isabel Norman earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY College at Buffalo and master’s degree in educational administration & policy studies with a concentration in higher education administration from the University at Albany.
Norman brings more than ten years of experience in higher education, academic support, retention, and student success programming. She began her career working at New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering’s TRIO Support Services Program and most recently worked at Manhattanville College as the Interim Director for the Center for Student Success where she was responsible for campuswide mentoring. Isabel is passionate about student success and uses her knowledge and experience to holistically support and encourage students to meet their goals.
