Call for Survey Participants - First Generation Faculty & Staff

As we prepare for our National First-Generation Student week November 3-7, the Office of Inclusive Excellence invites you to complete this short survey if you are a faculty or staff member who identifies—or has identified—as a first-generation college graduate- (defined as someone whose parent(s)/guardian(s) did not complete a four-year college degree). 

The purpose of this survey is to: 

  • Understand how many faculty and staff identify as first-generation
  • Explore campus interest in supporting first-gen students through visibility and engagement opportunities

Your responses will help inform programming, storytelling, and support efforts that uplift our first-gen community on campus. Participation is voluntary but very helpful for our students as they hope to connect with various campus faculty & staff. Thank you for your time and for helping us build a more connected and inclusive campus experience!
