As we prepare for our National First-Generation Student week November 2-6, the Office of Inclusive Excellence invites you to complete this short survey if you are a faculty or staff member who identifies—or has identified—as a First-Generation college graduate- (defined as someone whose parent(s)/guardian(s) did not complete a four-year college degree).
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Understand how many faculty and staff identify as first-generation
- Explore campus interest in supporting First-Gen students through visibility and engagement opportunities
Your responses will help inform programming, storytelling, and support efforts that uplift our First-Gen community on campus. Participation is voluntary but very helpful for our students as they hope to connect with various campus faculty & staff.
