Where units have multiple possible areas for program review, the unit should identify a single area to review to determine the appropriate self-assessment guide (SAG) to use. Individual Functional Area Standards may be purchased from CAS.
The Director will identify a Program Review Lead for each unit. This individual is not responsible for completing all of the work needed for the program review. Instead, this person will be the point person to communicate with SLAC members as needed, will submit information from the self-evaluation of the unit, and will ensure that the Milestones are met in a timely fashion.
