Learn how The Office of Disability Services for Students (DSS) assists Rensselaer students with disabilities in gaining equal access to academic programs, extracurricular activities, and physical facilities on campus, and serves as Rensselaer's designated office that obtains and files disability-related documentation and determines reasonable accommodations in consultation with students. In this session, our orientation advisors will answer some of the most commonly asked questions that you may be thinking about. You'll get their direct advice based on their experience, and be able to ask questions directly as well.

In this panel style session, parents will hear from our current parents. What successes and setbacks did their student's experience and what support did they receive while away from home for the first time. How did their relationship with their children evolve? Recording available here.

In this session, we will discuss opportunities for new students to join and participate in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps unit at RPI. The ROTC College Program develops Midshipmen mentally, morally, and physically to prepare them for careers as officers in the Navy and Marine Corps. Recording available here.
