STRIVE provides personal support, assistance, and social guidance to Rensselaer’s underrepresented students through activities and interactions with their classmates, faculty, staff, and alumni.

In collaboration with Rensselaer's chapters of the National Society of Black Engineers and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, STRIVE connects first-year students with upper-class mentors.
