The Assistant Dean for underrepresented students provides leadership and direction through Rensselaer’s signature approach to the student experience, Clustered Learning, Advocacy, and Support for Students (CLASS). The Assistant Dean collaborates with other areas throughout Student Life and across the Institute to advance efforts to foster the academic success for underrepresented students.
